Development Work / Development Models
Do you have a development task for us? We are at
your service! We assure development results with
corresponding models and we also handle the design
tasks for you in the scope of product development.
We use the latest CAD workstations, innovative
software, and a wide range of manual winding
machinery to produce the first functional models.
Prototyping
If you want to handle the development yourself, we
can produce your prototypes and thereby verify the
planning. In the process, we are able to offer you coil
elements and other components from a variety of
production processes through our collaboration with
external partners.
Pilot series
Are you looking for someone to handle production
only? Put us to the test! We will gladly
demonstrate our competence in a pilot series.
We have 1 to 18 spindles with automatic loading
and a wide range of machinery available for this
production.
Small series
Of course we also offer small series production.
Various technologies, including self-bonding
wire, can be used to fulfil your requirements.
Series production
Large series? No problem. We match the
ideal number of spindles with the right automation for
the quantity that you require. In the process, we
ensure that the final product is a perfect match for
your required features, quality specifications, and
delivery dates.
